雄激素受体（AR）、乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白（HBx）在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白（HBx）、雄激素受体（AR）在肝细胞癌（HCC）中的表达及意义。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测58例患者乙型肝炎病毒相关原发肝细胞癌组织（HCC）及相应癌旁组织中HBx、AR的表达，并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果HCC和癌旁组织中HBx及AR的表达率为63．8％（37／58）、58．6％（34／58）和20．9％（12／58）、27．6％（16／58），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。HBx阳性和HBx阴性的HCC组织中AR的表达率分别为72．3％（27／37）和33．3％（7／21），在HCC组织中HBx表达与AR表达正相关（r=0．4532，P〈0．05）。HBx染色的阳性率与AFP水平和Edmondson分级相关；AR染色的阳性率与性别及肿瘤直径相关。结论在HCC组织中HBx蛋白可上调AR的表达，HBx—AR信号传导途径可能促进HBV相关肝细胞癌的发生发展。

Expression and its significance of HBx and androgen receptor in human hepatocellular carcinoma

Objectve To investigate expression of HBx and androgen receptor(AR) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its significance.Methods The expressions of the proteins mentioned above in 58 hepatitis B virus(HBV) related HCC tissues and their corresponding non-cancerous adjacent liver tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemistrymethod,and the follow-up informations of the patients were investigated.Results The positive expression of HBx、AR in HHC tissues was 63.8%(37/58)and 58.6%(34/58).It was 20.9%(12/58) and 27.6%(16/58) in non-cancerous adjacent liver tissues.deifferences were signicant(P < 0.05).The positive expression of AR in HHC tissues with HBx-positive and in HHC tissues with HBx-negative was 72.3%(27/37) and 33.3%(7/21),the deifferences were signicant(P < 0.05).There were significnant correlations between the expression of HBx and survivin and p53 in HCC tiusses(r = 0.4532,P < 0.05).The expression rates of HBx was related to Edmondson grade and AFP level,the expression rates of AR was related to gender and tumour size.Conclusion In HBx-postive hepatocellular carcinoma HBx up-regulate expresses of AR suggest HBx with AR signaling pathway involved in HBx-related hepatocarcinogenesis.
