36例早期周围型肺癌X线征象的回顾性分析

目的探讨早期周围型肺癌X线征象的影像学特点。方法收集2009年1月--2011年1月36例确诊的早期周围型肺癌患者的X线诊断影像学资料，以评价X线诊断早期周围型肺癌的临床价值。结果36例早期周围型肺癌患者病灶中，颗粒征共10例，毛刺征共12例，分叶征共16例，血管集束征共5例，肺气肿征4例。各类型间不同X线征象之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论X线检查能够为早期周围型肺癌的诊断提供有价值的线索。

Early peripheral lung X-ray signs:A retrospetive analysis of 36 cases

Objective To investigate X-ray imaging signs of features for early peripheral lung cancer.Methods From January 2009 to January 2011,36 cases of peripheral lung cancer in the early X-ray diagnosis of the patient’s imaging data were evaluated the X-ray diagnosis of early peripheral lung cancer clinical value.Results All of 36 patients with early peripheral lung cancer lesions in 10 patients grain levy,levy burr total of 12 cases,16 cases lobulation,vascular cluster levy of 5 cases,and 4 cases of emphysema symptoms.Between various types of comparisons between different X-ray findings was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion X-ray examination of early peripheral lung cancer can provide valuable clues to the diagnosis.
