掌长肌腱移植修复拇长伸肌腱V区再断裂

目的探讨掌长肌腱移植对拇长伸肌腱V区再断裂的治疗效果。方法2003年8月-2011年8月，我院共收治拇长伸肌腱V区再断裂患者66例中，本组采用掌长肌腱移植术36例，对照组采用食指固有伸肌腱移位修复术30例。结果根据TAM评价标准，本组27例（75％）治疗效果优，6例（16．7％）良，3例（8．3％）中；对照组疗效优15例（50％），良4例（13．3％），中11例（3617％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论选择掌长肌腱移植修复拇长伸肌腱V区再断裂疗效满意。

Repairing recurrent rupture of extensor pollicis longus tendon at V-region by palmaris longus tendon graft

Objective To investigate the treatment efficiency of repairing recurrent rupture of extensor pollicis longus(EPL) tendon at V-region by palmaris longus tendon graft.Methods Among the admitted patients suffering from such diseases from August 2003 to August 2011,36 patients in experimental group were cured with almaris longus tendon graft while 30patients in control group with transfer of the extensor indicis(EI).Results According to the TAM standard,the excellent outcome was attained in 27 cases(75%),good in 6 cases(16.7%),fair in 3 case(8.3%) in experimental group;the excellent outcome was attained in 15 cases(50%),good in 4 case(13.3%) and fair in 11cases(36.7%),and the difference was significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion The treatment of palmaris longus tendon graft in the patient with recurrent rupture of extensor pollicis longus tendon is a safe and effective method.
