腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术与开腹子宫全切术的临床比较

目的比较腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术与开腹子宫全切术的临床应用价值。方法80例子宫肌瘤患者，40例行腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术，40例行传统开腹子宫全切术，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、停留尿管时间、术后腹痛消失时间、住院天数。结果40例腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术的患者平均手术时间比开腹子宫全切术时间长，术中出血量明显少于开腹手术，手术后肛门排气时间、停留尿管时间、术后腹痛消失时间、住院天数均短于开腹手术，有明显的统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下阴式子宫全切术较传统开腹子宫全切术有明显的优势，具有很大的临床价值。

Clinical comparative study between laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy compared with abdominal hysterectomy.Methods Selectd 80 cases of patients with uterine fibroids.40 patients had laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy,while 40 patients had conventional abdominal hysterectomy.Compared the time of operation,blood loss,anal exhaust time,stay catheter time,postoperative abdominal pain time,hospital stay,and t-test statistical analysis were applied.Results Forty cases successfully underwent laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy with a shorter average surgical time than abdominal hysterectomy,however the blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,stay catheter time,the last time of postoperative abdominal pain,time of hospital stay were shorter than traditional group,which were statistically significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open hysterectomy,Laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy has obvious advantages,and has great clinical value.
