| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声检查对眼内病理膜的诊断价值。方法分析73例患者106只眼内病理膜的二维及彩色多普勒声像图表现，做出超声诊断，并与手术后结果相对照，计算诊断符合率。结果106只眼内病理膜中，视网膜脱离33只，脉络膜脱离18只，玻璃体后脱离（PVD）29只，机化膜26只。超声诊断符合率81％。结论高频超声检查对眼内病理膜有较高的诊断价值，可以为临床提供可靠的诊断依据，并指导临床疗效观察。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in intraocular pathological membrane.Methods We analysed the two-dimensional ultrasonic sonogram featuers of 106 cases in 76 patients and calculated diagnosis rate in contrast with the results after surgery.Results In 106 cases of intraocular pathological membrane,33 cases had retinal detachment,18 cases had choroidal detachment,29 cases had posterior vitreous detachment,26 cases had unit membrane.The diagnosis rate of ultrasound was 81%.Conclusion It has high diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in intraocular pathological membrane and can provide a reliable clinical diagnosis and guide clinical efficacy. |
