宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮与单用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床对照研究

目的宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法将170例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各85例，观察组给予宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗，对照组仅给予单一米非司酮治疗；观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平及不良反应情况，并进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗后子宫及肌瘤体积明显小于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率为92．94％，明显高于对照组的76．47％（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后E2、P水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）：两组不良反应均较轻微，不影响继续治疗。结论宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效优于单一米非司酮治疗，是目前子宫肌瘤保守治疗的一种较佳方案，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical control study of Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone capsule with mifepristone alone in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of uterine fibroids by Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone.Methods There were 170 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 85 patients were given Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone treatment,control group were given a single mifepristone treatment.Clinically efficacy of sex hormone levels before and after treatment and adverse effects were observed.Results After treatment of uterine and fibroid volume was significantly smaller than the control group between the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05);Total effective rate was 92.94%,significantly higher than 76.47%,between the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05);After treatment E2,P levels were significantly lower than the control group between the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).Two adverse reactions were mild,not affect the continued treatment.Conclusion Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone is effective than a single treatment of uterine fibroids mifepristone treatment,conservative treatment of uterine fibroids is a better solution,worthy of clinical application.
