DWI在急性脑梗死中的诊断价值

目的探讨扩散加权成像（DWI）技术在急性脑梗死中的临床诊断价值。方法收集418例急性脑梗死患者的MRI表现进行分析，全部均进行了SETT1WI、FSET2WI、T2-FLAIR及DWI检查，并对发病时间进行分期。结果418例脑梗死病例中，超急性期28例，急性期331例，亚急性期59例，DWI均显示为高信号。结论DWI早期诊断脑梗死敏感度高，具有较高临床价值，在超急性脑梗死可显示常规MRI上不能显示的病灶，为临床早期诊断及对脑梗死预后的评估提供可靠依据。

Value of diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Data of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) about 418 patients with ACI was analyzed.All the people were examined with SETT1WI,FSET2WI,T2-FLAIR and DWI.And they were staged by the starting time of the disease.Results Among the 418 patients of ACI,there were 28 patients in the super acute period,331 patients in the acute stage,and 59 patients in the subacute stage.All the patients showed high DWI.Conclusion The sensibility of DWI to diagnosising the early stage cerebral infarction is high.And the clinical value is high.The DWI can show lesions which cannot be show with the MRI.DWI can provide dependable basis for early clinical diagnosis and evaluating prognosis of cerebral infarction.
