血小板相关抗体（PAIgG）在6种疾病中的研究

目的 探讨多种疾病中血小板相关抗体(PAIgG)情况及其与血小板数的关系。方法 用固相血小板免疫血清学试验(SPISA)检测病人血清中的PAIgG。结果 原发性血小板减少性紫癜PAIgG阳性率为82.7％,系统性红斑狼疮为70％,甲亢为39.5％,肝硬化为71.8％,再障为37.5,骨髓纤维化为77％。结论 6种疾病均存在着PAIgG异常,除再障血小板计数减少与PAIgG无关外,其他5种疾病血小板计数减少均与PAIgG的存在有关。

A study of platelet - associated IgG in six kinds of disease

Objective To approach into the condition of platelet - associated IgG(PAIgG) and its relation to platelet count in various kinds of diseases. Method Determine the level of the PAIgG in serum by solid- phase platelet immunoserological assay(SPISA)in six diseases.Result The positive rates of PAIgG were 82.7% in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,70% in systemic lupus erythematosus,39.5% in hyperthyroidism,71.8% in cirrhosis of liver, 37.5% in aplastic anemia and 77% in marrow fibrosis. Conclusions The PAIgG in the six kinds of disease are abnormal . The decrease of the platelet count the five diseases other than aplastic anemia is correlated with the existance of PAIgG.
