| 摘 要： | 论述了市场经济条件下，医疗服务市场的特性及社会效应，指出，医疗服务进入市场有其利，但弊端更大，必须予以重视，政府对医疗服务的管理不能仅限于医疗机构的支持和监督，还必须以适当的卫生政策，从社会各方面予以调整，才能保证医疗事业健康发展，使人民享受到比较公平的医疗服务。 |

| Abstract: | The article outlines the characteristics and social benefits of medical service market, and suggests that in the government's administration of medical services, in addition to support and supervision, there should be regular readjustment and optimization of concrete measures so as to ensure rational medical development and the common people's access and ability to use medical services, or else, pushing medical services into market may have more disadvantages than advantages. |
