妊高征与正常孕妇的营养状况病例对照研究

摘    要:对50例妊高征孕妇、50例正常孕妇的膳食摄入水平及血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、VA、VE和微量元素进行了测定。结果显示妊高征组膳食摄入中各种营养素都比正常孕妇组(对照组)明显减少,血清总蛋白、白蛋白、维生素E和微量元素锌、铁、硒、硅都比对照组低(P<0.01),而血清甘油三酯及血磷比对照组高(P<0.01)。本文同时讨论了合理膳食对孕妇的重要意义。

Contrast study on the nourishment condition of the women who are hypertension of pregnancy and normal pregnancy
Abstract:Dietary intaking level, serum triglyceride, total cholesterol.total protein, alhumin .vitamin A and E.trace element of the women who were hypertension of pregnancy and normal were determined. The results showed that the allowance of nutrients of women who were hypertension of pregnancy were fewer than those of normal pregnant women and total protein .albumin, vitamin E and Zn.Fe.Si of the women who were hypertension of pregnancy were lower than those of normal group. But serum triglyceride and serium inorganic phosphorus were higher than those of normal pregnant women..It is expound that the reasonable food was very important for.the pregnant women.
