| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the basic principles of coding in ICD-10,discusses the common causes of wrong coding.It is necessary to stan- dardize the clinical diagnosis,to improve coders' ability of using ICD-10.And it is helpful to solve difficult codes and improve the understanding ICD -10.We suggest that we should improve the documentation of the medical record and attain more accuracy of coding. |
