| 摘 要： | 本文应用放射免疫法测定了43例糖尿病足患者血浆血栓素 A+2(TXA_2)、前列环素(PGI_2)、内皮素(ET)小平。结果表明糖尿病足惠者较无糖尿病足患者血浆 TXA_2明显升高(P<0.01).血浆 PGI_2明显降低(P<0.01).TXA_2/PGI_2比值升高(P<0.01)血浆 ET 明显升高(P<0.01)。TXA_2—PGI_2平衡失调、血浆 ET 升高可能是糖尿病足发病机制中重要一环。本研究证明蛇毒抗栓酶可促进糖尿病足患者 TXA_2—PGI_2平衡失调的恢复,脉络宁可降低糖尿病足患者血浆 ET水平,为临床应用蛇毒抗栓酶、脉络宁治疗糖尿病足提供了理论基础。 |

| Abstract: | In 43 patients with diabetic foot,the plasme levels of thromboxane A_2(TXA_2).prostacyclin (PGI_2)and endothelin(ET)were determined by radioimmunoassay.The results demonstrated the imbalance in TXA_2-PGI_2(P<0.01)and significant increase in plasma endothelin in the patients with diabetic foot(P<0.01)The results showed that the imbalance in TXA_2-PGI_2 and the rise in Plasma endothelin might play a role in mechanism of diabetic food.Svate inereased the concentra- tion of plasma PGI_2(P<0.01)and decreased the concentration of plasma TXA_2(P<0.01).with a significant falling ratio of TXA_2/PGI_2(P<0.01)and mailuonin decreased the concentration of plasma endothelin(P<0.01).Our study allso offers the theory basis for Svate and Mailuonin therapy for diabetic foot. |
