| 摘 要： | 目的探讨红芪提取物对柯萨奇病毒(CB4V)的抑制作用。方法采用组织细胞培养法,观察人宫颈癌传代细胞(HeLa细胞)的细胞病变效应及通过抑制病毒复制指数测定反应抗病毒效果。结果红芪提取物具有抑制HeLa细胞病变的作用;抑制病毒复制指数为2.06。结论红芪提取物在细胞水平具有明显的抑制CB4V作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the inhibition of Hedysarum polybotrys Hand-Mazz on CB_4V. Methods Hela lesion effect of human cervical carcinoma and the antivirus effect through inhibiting virus reproduction index were observed,with tissue cell culture technique. Results Hedysarum polybotrys Hand-Mazz could inhibit lesion of Hela cells and CB_4V reproduction(The reproduction index was 2.06).Conclusion Hedysarum polybotrys Hand-Mazz has a significant anti-CB_4V effect at cell level. |
