高压氧综合治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的观察高压氧联合0．025％异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的疗效。方法30例确诊为稳定期COPD患者高压氧治疗前60min给予0．025％异丙托溴铵2ml雾化吸入。高压氧（Hyperbaric Oxygen，HBO）治疗1次／d，14次为1个疗程，面罩吸氧60min，间歇15min，治疗时间120min。治疗前后测量患者肺功能。结果HBO联合0．025％异丙托溴铵雾化吸入能显著改善稳定期COPD患者症状，提高PO，（P〈0．01）。结论HBO联合药物雾化吸入是治疗稳定期COPD的一个重要的康复方法。

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with nebulizing ipratropium bromide on patients with COPD at the stable stage

Objective To study the effects of HBO combined with nebulizing ipratropium bromide on patients with COPD at the stable stage.Methods 30 patients diagnosed as COPD at the stable stage were given nebulizing ipratropiun bromide before HBO therapy,then stayed in 1.8 ATA HBO chamber for 120 min,weaning masks and inhaling pure oxygen for 60 min,with 15 min interval for oxygen treatmeat(1.5-2.0 L/min),14 days was a course.To measure respectively the pulmonary function before and after the treatment.Results HBO combined with nebulizing ipratropium bromide can significantly improve the parameter of PO2 and symptoms.Conclusion HBO combined with nebulizing ipratropium bromide maybe an importment rehabilitative therapy for patients with COPD at the stable stage.
