121例肝硬化患者血小板聚集功能观察

目的　探讨肝硬化患者血小板聚集 (PAgT)功能异常及其同出血、肝功损害的关系。方法　用血小板聚集计测PAgT。设肝硬化组 12 1例 ,对照组 5 2例。结果　肝硬化组血小板聚集功能明显低于对照组 ;出血组与未血出组PAgT无显著性差异 ;ChildB、C级组测定值较A级显著降低。结论　PAgT的检测可作为肝硬化病情严重性的观察指标。

STUDY ON THE PLATELET FUNCTIONS IN 121 PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS

Objective To Study the cause of abnormity of t he platelet aggregation function in patients with liver cirrhosis and its relati onship with the bleeding of liver cirrhosis and impaired liver function. Methods Testing PAgT with the platelet aggregation instrument, 121 pa tients with liver cirrhosis, 52 controls. Results The PAgT in l iver cirrhosis reduced significantly as compared with controls. So did in Child B、C with A. The PagT in bleeding group had no difference. Conclusion Testing the PagT can be considered as an observing target of liver cirrh osis.
