| 摘 要： | 骨折应激性小鼠iH吗啡0.6mg/kg,每12小时一次,于应激后1、3、5、7天,用液相单层玻片法测溶血空斑形成细胞数(PFC),用分光光度法测定溶血素抗体生成数,并摘取胸腺和脾脏称重。结果应激后没iH吗啡和iH吗啡组测定值均低于对照组,P<0.01或P<0.05。但应激无iH吗啡1和3天组PFC和1、3、5、7天组溶血素抗体生成又均低于同时iH吗啡组,P<0.05。提示,iH吗啡对应激小鼠体液免疫和免疫器官有保护作用。吗啡可使艾氏腹水癌鼠存活期缩短,且纳洛酮无明显逆转作用。

| Abstract: | We applied iH Morphia 0.6mg/kg a time per 12h to the fracture stress rats. Then detected the number of the hemolytic plaque forming cells by liquid phase monophasic slide method and the number of the hemolysin antibody formation with spectrophotometry and excised the thymus glands and spleens and weighed them af ter 1,3,5,7 days.These showed that the determination values of iH Morphin and without iH Morphin after stress were all lower than the contrast group, P<0.01 or P<0.05.But the PFC of stress group after 1, 3 days and the hemolysin antibody after 1, 3, 5, 7 days were all lower than the group of ill Morphin, P<0.05.It suggested. iH Morphin protected the humoral immunity and immunopotenti a-tor of the stress rats.Morphin could shortened the survival period of Aeds ascite carcinoma and noloxone had no obvious reveral function. |
