女性生殖道解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体和淋球菌感染750例分析

目的了解女性生殖道解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)和淋球菌(NG)感染情况及流行趋势。方法对1256例患者进行UU、CT和NG病原体检测。结果共有750例阳性,检出率UU4554%,CT246%,NG525%,总检出率为5971%。单一病原体感染率为4498%,混合感染率为1473%。30岁以下妇女、服务及无业人员、初中以下文化、性乱、无避孕措施者感染率明显高于其他妇女(P<001)。在感染者中,细菌性阴道病和慢性宫颈炎的患病率也高于无感染者(P<001)。结论UU、CT和NG是宫颈感染的主要病原体,感染率UU>CT>NG,其感染与年龄、职业、文化程度、性行为及是否采取避孕措施等密切相关,在患有慢性宫颈炎和细菌性阴道病的患者中更为多见。

A clinical analysis of 1256 cases with female genital duct infection by ureaplasma urealyticum, chlamdia trachoma and gonococcal

Objective To realize ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),chlamdia trachoma(CT) and gonococcal(NG) infection condition and the prevalence direction.Methods To check up UU,CT and NG pathogen for 1256 patients.Results Positive was 750 cases in all.The pathogen detection rate was UU 45.54%,CT 24.6%,NG 5.26% respectively,total detection rate was 59.71%,in which the single pathogen infection rate was 44.98%,the mix infection rate was 14.73%.The female age <30,culture degree junior high school,sex promiscuity and not contracepted,their infection rate was higher than that of the other female(P<0.01),and the infector of UU,CT,NG,their sicken rate of bacterial colpitis and chronic cervicitis were higher than the no-intector(P<0.01).Conclusion UU,CT and NG are main pathogen of cervicitis,the infection rate is UU>CT>NG,it is correlated with age,occupation,culture degree,sex action and contraception step,especially the patients with bacterial colpitis and chronic cervicitis.
