| Abstract: | Traumatic posterior fossa hematoma is one of the common diseases in clinic. The author treated 12 cases of traumatic posterior fossa hematoma. According to the traumatic mechanism, clinical symptoms and CT scanning findings .102 of these patients had early operation, 2 patients with relatively small hematoma received the conservative treatment. The effects of both operative and conservative treatment were usually favourable. |
