| 摘 要： | 类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，归属中医学“痹症”范畴，发病率与致残率较高，目前西医治疗疗效欠佳，中医辨证施治，效果良好。本文主要介绍了该病的发病原因，综述了辨证分型论治、中成药旭痹片、寒湿痹颗粒、寒湿痹片等药物治疗、经验方治疗等各种疗法。以期缓解患者疼痛、降低不良反应概率，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease, belonging to Chinese medicine ＂arthralgia＂ category, incidence and mutilation rate is higher, the current western medicine curative effect, TCM treatment, good effect. This paper mainly introduces the cause of the disease, summarized the TCM syndrome differentiation, proprietary Chinese medicine Wangbi Pian, Hanshibi granule, Hanshibi drug treatment, the treatment of a variety of treatment experience. In order to relieve pain, reduce the probability of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients. |
