中药制剂炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床分析

目的：探讨炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床分析。方法：将80例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组40例，治疗组40例。对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗；治疗组采用炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗，比较两组患儿的疗效情况。结果：治疗组患儿的疗效明显优于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。

Clinical analysis on treatment of children with herpangina by Chinese medicine preparation andrographolide atomization

Objective： To investigate the effect of andrographolide atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with herpangina. Methods： 80 cases of children with herpetic angina were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Ribavirin Injection; while patients in the treatment group were treated with andrographolide atomization inhalation. The curative effect of two groups were compared. Results： the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Compared the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; compared to adverse reactions of two groups, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of andrographolide atomization inhalation treatment of children with herpangina is accurate which is worthy of application.
