运用针灸配合高压氧冶疗外伤性面瘫临床观察

目的：研究运用针灸与高压氧联合使用在冶疗外伤性面瘫上的临床疗效.方法：选取我院在2009年6月～2013年3月间收治的68例外伤性面瘫患者的临床资料,随机将患者分为两组,每组各34例,观察组采用针灸与高压氧联合治疗,对照组单纯采用针灸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果：观察组中有27例患者治愈,6例患者治疗有效,总有效率为97.1%;对照组中有20例患者治愈,8例患者治疗有效,总有效率为82.4%,观察组治疗效果优于对照组,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）.结论：针灸与高压氧联合治疗,可使患者神经细胞加速修复,消除面部神经水肿症状,产生热效应,具有活血化瘀的功效.

Clinical observation on treatment of traumatic facial paralysis by acupuncturecombined with hyperbaric oxygen

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen on traumatic facial paralysis.Methods： 68 cases with traumatic facial paralysis from June, 2009 to March, 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided intotwo groups, 34 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen,while patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： 27 casesin the observation group were cured, 6 cases effective and the total effective rate was 97.1%; 20 cases in the control group were cured, 8cases effective, the total effective rate was 82.4%. The curative effects of the observation group was better than that of the control groupwith significant difference（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen can accelerate therepairment of nero cells and remove the facial symptoms with the function of activating blood and removing stasis.
