膀胱灌注化疗应用于术后膀胱癌病患的护理研究

目的：分析膀胱灌注化疗应用于术后膀胱癌病患的护理方法和效果，以供临床参考。方法：将我院2012年12月～2013年5月收治的膀胱癌患者35例纳入本研究，均接受膀胱灌注化疗，并给予患者针对性的护理干预。经过3个月到6个月的随访，观察患者生存率及并发症、心理状态。结果：患者在术后半年生存率上为91．4％（32／35）。其中2例患者出现病情复发，包括1例表浅性复发以及1例浸润性复发。治疗后患者焦虑、抑郁发生率明显下降，差异经统计学分析后认为有意义（P〈0．05）。结论：膀胱癌患者术后应用膀胱灌注化疗，并辅以针对性护理，有利于提高其生存率，减少术后并发症，并能改善患者情绪状态，意义重大。

Research on bladder perfusion chemotherapy applied in nursing of postoperative patients with bladder cancer

Objective： To analyze the methods and effects of bladder perfusion chemotherapy applied to the nursing of postoperative bladder cancer patients for clinical reference. Methods： 35 cases of bladder cancer patients from December 2012 to May 2013 in this study were treated with bladder perfusion chemotherapy and the corresponding nursing intervention. After 3 months and 6 months of follow-up, the survival rate and complications, psychological state were observed. Results： The survival rate for half year after operation was 91.4% （32/35）. Relapse of the observed in 2 patients, including 1 case of superficial recurrence and 1 case of invasive recurrence. The incidence of anxiety and depression after treatment obviously decreased.The difference had the statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Postoperative bladder perfusion chemotherapy in patients with bladder cancer with targeted nursing can improve the survival rate, reduce the postoperative complications, improve the patients＇ emotional state with great significance.
