| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍间接显微喉动态镜手术治疗声带良性病变的方法并总结临床经验。方法 在表面麻醉间接喉镜下,通过与喉动态镜频闪光源连接的手术显微镜切除声带良性病变５０ 例。结果 效果满意,治愈率９２ ％ ,未发生并发症。结论 间接显微喉动态镜手术具有安全、声带功能恢复良好等优点,是治疗声带良性病变的较好的手术方法之一

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the method of indirect microlaryngostroboscopic surgery(IMS) for the benign lesions of vocal fold.Methods Fifty cases of benign lesions of vocal fold were treated by IMS under topical anesthesia.Results Allof patients were followed-up and 92% were successful with good results,without complications.Conclusion The method is safe and the function of vocal fold can be fully recovered,appropriate for treating the benign lesions of vocal fold. |
