中西医结合治疗产后肥胖89例临床观察

摘    要:目的观察中西医结合治疗产后肥胖的临床疗效。方法将167例产后肥胖患者随机分为2组。对照组78例不进行任何干预,治疗组89例予营养干预、有氧运动及针灸治疗。观察2组治疗前后每日摄入总能量、体质量指数(BMI)、脂联素及瘦素水平变化。结果治疗组治疗后每日摄入总能量、BMI、瘦素水平均明显低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05,P<0.01),而脂联素水平高于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在适当饮食控制配合适量运动基础上针灸治疗产后肥胖安全有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on postpartum obesity.Methods 167 cases of postpartum obesity were randomly divided into two groups.78 cases in the control group received without any intervention.89 cases in the treatment group received nutrition interventions,aerobic exercise and acupuncture treatment.Daily total energy intake,body mass index(BMI),adiponectin and leptin levels change were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The levels of daily total energy intake,BMI and leptin after treatment in treatment group were obviously decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The level of adiponectin after treatment in treatment group was increased(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment is safe and effective method on the treatment of postpartum obesity on the basis of appropriate diet with moderate exercise.
