| 摘 要： | 目的观察神经节苷脂(GM-1)联合高压氧治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的疗效。方法90例急性缺血性脑梗死患者随机分成观察组、对照组1和对照组2。均常规抗血小板聚集、保护脑细胞、改善循环等治疗。对照组1给予GM-1治疗,对照组2给予高压氧治疗,观察组给予GM-1联合高压氧治疗,10d后评定疗效。结果观察组总有效率(86.7%)高于对照组1(73.3%)和对照组2(70.0%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论GM-1联合高压氧治疗脑梗死是一种更有效的方法,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of GM-1 combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction.MethodsA total of 90 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into trial group,control group 1 and control group 2.All the patients had routine treatments of anti-platelet aggregation,neuroprotection,improving cerebral blood circulation.Control group 1 added GM-1 treatment.Control group 2 added hyperbaric oxygen treatment.Trial group added GM-1 combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Curative effects of the three groups were evaluated after 10 days treatment.ResultsTotal effective rate of the trial group(86.7%)was significantly higher than that of the control group 1(73.3%)and control group 2(70.0%),P<0.05.ConclusionGM-1 combined with hyperbaric oxygen is more effective in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction. |
