| 摘 要： | 本文首次建立了抗人精浆免疫抑制因子（ＳＰＩＦ）ＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ的ＥＬＩＳＡ测定法，用其对５０例生育男子和１００例不育男子精浆中抗ＳＰＩＦＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ进行了测定。结果显示：精浆中抗ＳＰＩＦＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ的阳性率在生育男子分别为６％和４％；在不育男子分别为３４％和２８％。不育组抗ＳＰＩＦＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ阳性率均显著高于生育组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文就抗ＳＰＩＦＩｇＧ和ＩｇＡ在抗生育及生殖道感染方面的可能作用进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The ELISA technique used to determinate anti-human seminal plasma immunosuppressive factor(SPIF)IgG and IgA in the seminal plasma was esteblishes.The seminal plasma of 50 fertile men and 150 infertile men were evaluated for antiSPIF IgG and IgA.The results showed that the positive rate of anti-SPIF IgG and IgA in the seminal plasma was 6% and 4% in fertile men and were 34% and 28% in infertile men.Those of infertile men were significantly higher than those of fertilemen(P<0.01).The possible mechanisms of anti-SPIF IgG and IgA against fertilityand infection of reproductivt tract were discussed. |
