| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Wallenberg综合征的临床与MRI的快速自旋回波液体衰减（FSE－FLAIR）技术对其诊断价值。方法对30例临床诊断Wallenberg综合征患者做MRI的FSE－FLAIR和MRIFSET2W进行检查并分析。结果30例临床诊断Wallenberg综合征的MRIFSET2W发现病灶为86％，而MRI的FSE－FLAIR发现病灶为93％。结论MRI的FSE－FLAIR对Wallenberg综合征的诊断更有价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the FSE-FLATR MRI and its corretation with the clinical manefestations in wallenberg's syndrome. Method Thirty patients with a clinical diagnosis of wallenberg's syndrome were studied with the FSE-MRI and the MRI FSE T2W. The findings of the image examination were analysed in respect to the clinical manefestations. Result Of 30 patients, 26 (86%) had locus on the MRI FSE T2W,while 28(93 % ) had locus on the FSE-FLAIR MRI. Condusion FSE-FLAIR may be more useful in the diagnosis of wallenberg's syndrome. |
