| 摘 要： | 以环孢素为主要免疫抑制剂治疗２５例次再次肾移植，结果表明一年肾存活率为６４％，失败原因主要为感染和排斥，占７７．８％。影响再次移植一年肾存活率的危险因素为再次移植时受者年龄≥４０岁，移植间隔≤６个月及ＨＬＡ配型等。 |

| Abstract: | The result of 25 cases of kidney retransplantation was evaluated.The one-year allograft survival rate was 64% in retransplant recipients and the main causes of graft loss were infection and rejection, Various risk factors affected the one-year graft survival such as age of the patient over 40, transplant interval of less than 6months and HLA mismatching. |
