记忆合金骑缝钉联合重建钛板治疗骨盆骨折

目的 探讨记忆合金骑缝钉联合重建钛板治疗骨盆骨折的效果.方法 回顾性分析2002年2月至2008年12月应用记忆合金骑缝钉联合重建钛板治疗53例不稳定型骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,男25例,女28例；年龄17～76岁,平均41岁.根据Tile分型:B型34例,C型19例.结果 所有患者术后获6～48个月(平均24个月)随访.术后按Matta标准评定骨折复位疗效:46例获解剖复位,7例接近解剖复位,无不满意复位患者；关节功能按照Majeed功能评价标准评定疗效:优37例,良12例,可3例,差1例,优良率为92.5％.结论 采用记忆合金骑缝钉联合重建钛板治疗骨盆骨折能获得较好的疗效.

Treatment of unstable pelvic fractures with reconstructive plates and shape memory alloy staples

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of reconstructive plates and shape memory alloy staples in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.Methods From February 2002 to December 2008,53 patients with unstable pelvic fracture were treated with reconstructive plates and shape memory alloy staples.They were 25 men and 28 women,aged from 17 to 76 years (average,41 years).According to the Tile classification,there were 34 cases of Tile B and 19 cases of Tile C.Results All the patients were followed up for an average of 24 months (range,form 6 to 48 months).According to the Matta evaluation system,46 patients obtained excellent reduction and 7 good reduction.By the Majeed evaluation system,37patients achieved excellent functional recovery,12 good and 3 fair,with a good to excellent rate of 92.5％.Conclusion Internal fixation with reconstructive plates and shape memory alloy staples is an effective treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.
