| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用动态心电图监测冠心病患者心绞痛发作24h昼夜节律变化的意义。方法确诊为冠心病但常规心电图检查无异常发现的患者,用动态心电图监测其24h内心绞痛发作次数,同时将一昼夜分为6个时间段,并分别进行统计。结果入选的38例冠心病患者其心绞痛发作次数白昼(84.59%)明显多于夜间,全天发作高峰在600～1000(39.00%)。结论冠心病患者的心绞痛发作有明显的昼夜分布节律。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of 24 h rhythm of Holter monitoring electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease (CHD)patients with angina pectoris.Methods The patients diagnosed as CHD had no abnormality in routine ECG but Holter recorded the change of the ST segment when angina occurred.It was recorded as outbreak for one time.24 hours were divided into 6 slices to study the rhyme of outbreak.Results The outbreak of angina pectoris in 38 selected patients was more during day time (84.59%)than in the night.The outbreak peaked at 6:00 10:00(39.00%).Conclusion The outbreak of angina pectoris in the CHD patients has obvious day and night rhythm. |
