银屑病病人皮损组织中C5b—9的表达及其皮损形成的关系

①目的　探讨银屑病病人皮损组织内补体活化成分的表达 ,以探讨其与银屑病皮损形成的关系。②方法　采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测了 37例银屑病病人皮损组织、非皮损组织及 2 0例正常皮肤组织C5b 9的原位表达。③结果　银屑病皮损组织中角质层和真表皮交界处C5b 9阳性表达明显高于非皮损组织和正常组织 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =6 2 .90 ,45 .45 ,P <0 .0 1) ;进行期与静止期银屑病病人皮损组织角质层和真表皮交界处C5b 9阳性表达差异无显著性 (P =0 .2 97,0 .739)。④结论　皮肤组织中补体成分沉积与活化可能与银屑病病人皮损组织的形成有关。

THE EXPRESSION OF ACTIVATED COMPLEMENT FACTORS IN PSORIATIC LESION AND ITS RELATION WITH THE APPEARANCE OF THE LESION

Objective To explore the expression of activated complement factors (C5b-9)in psoriatic lesion of patients with psoriasis and the relationship between the expression of C5b-9 and development of psoriatic lesion. Methods The expression of C5b-9 was determined in the lesional and non-lesional psoriatic skin in 37 patients and normal skin in 20 controls with immunohistochemical technique. Results The expression of C5b-9 in the corneum and dermoepidermal junction of lesion skin in the patients was higher than that in non-lesion skin of the patients and the controls(χ2=62.90,45.45,P<0.01).There was no differences of expression of C5b-9 in the corneum and dermoepidermal junction of lesion skin between progressive stage and static stage of psoriatic patients (P=0.297,0.739). Conclusion The appearance of psoriatic lesion in patients with psoriasis might be closely related to the local deposit of activated complement factors.
