怡力康对运动性疲劳大鼠糖原及血清激素的影响

摘    要:目的观察怡力康对运动性疲劳大鼠糖原及血清激素的影响,探讨其对抗运动性疲劳作用的可能机制。方法 72只健康大鼠随机分为安静对照组、运动对照组、西洋参含片组及怡力康小、中、大剂量组,每组12只。采用游泳疲劳造模,同时分别给予纯净水、西洋参含片液、怡力康(含片)液灌服,均每日1次,连续21d后检测各组大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原含量和血清睾酮、皮质醇水平。结果各游泳组大鼠肌、肝糖原含量均较安静对照组显著下降(P0.01),运动对照组下降最明显,各给药组与运动对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05),怡力康各剂量组与西洋参含片组差异无统计学意义(P0.05);运动对照组大鼠血清睾酮、皮质醇水平降低,但与安静对照组差异无统计学意义,各给药组均明显升高大鼠血清睾酮、皮质醇水平(P0.01或0.05),怡力康各剂量组与西洋参含片组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论怡力康通过提高运动大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原的贮备和血清睾酮、皮质醇水平,从而使大鼠在运动中具有充足的能量供应,延缓了运动性疲劳的产生。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Yilikang on glycogen and serum hormone in rats with exercise-induced fatigue. Method Seventy-two healthy rats were divided into 6 groups at random (12 rats in each group): rest control group, exercise training control group, American ginseng tablet group, Yilikang low close group, Yilikang medium dose group, Yilikang high dose group. The fatigue model was made by exhaustive swimming. At the same time, rats were administrated pure water, American ginseng tablet or Yifikang tablet respectively once a day. At the 21st day, fiver glycogen, muscle glycogen, serum testosterone and serum cortisol were observed. Result Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were significantly lower in each swimming group than in rest control group (P〈0.01), especially in exercise control group, and they were significantly higher in all medicine groups than in exercise control group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), there was no significant difference between Yifikang group and American ginseng group (P 〉0.05). Serum testosterone and serum cortisol were lower in exercise control group (P 〉0.05), while higher in all medicine groups (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), there was no significant diffelence between Yifikang group and American ginseng group (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Yifikang can increase the reserve of fiver glycogen, muscle glycogen and the serum level of testosterone and cortisol, so as to supply enough energy apply and delay the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue.
