| Abstract: | It is the best method for severe open hypertension wound to be sutured with pri-mary tensionless closure after a thorough debridement. Described here is a new operative methodnamed meshed relaxation incision which can,help us to achieve our purpose but leave no complica-tion.With this technique the skin area is increased by 1 3 times, creating a favorable conditionfor both the cover of the wound and tensionless suture of the skin. The procedure of the opera-tion and the points for attention are presented. |
