| 摘 要： | 目的总结交锁髓内钉治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折的临床效果。方法采用交锁髓内钉治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折72例,胫骨骨折复位满意,均予闭合穿钉术。结果随访69例,随访时间7-20个月,平均14个月,骨折愈合时间平均为4个月,均未植骨。1例延期愈合,没有不愈合及伤口感染病例。结论交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折具有创伤小、固定牢靠、骨折愈合率高及功能恢复快的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation effects of interlocked intramedullary nailing for treatment of closed tibiofibular fractures.(Methods)72 cases with closed tibiofibular fractures were treated by using interlocked intramedullary nailing.Almost all tibial fractures reduce satisfactory,the technique of closed nailing be used.Results 69 cases were followed for 7-20 months,14 on average.All 69 cases fractures healed in an average of 4 months except for 1 patient delayed union.No fracture required bone grafting and no nonunion.Conclusion Interlocked intramedullary nailing of tibiofibular fractures have the over plate fixation of less surgical exposure,good fixation.Periosted stripping is unnecessary,which preserve blood supply and aids in fracture union. |
