BeeFillTM 2 in 1热牙胶根充系统根管充填的护理配合

目的探讨BeeFill TM2in 1热牙胶根充系统根管充填的护理配合。方法选择急、慢性牙疾病患者100例,应用BeeFill TM2in1热牙胶根充系统进行垂直加压法充填根管;术前做好患者及器械用物准备,术中协助根管预备及根管充填,术后做好仪器的清洁消毒及患者的健康教育。结果98例一次完成充填,2例因欠充及根管上段有气泡再次充填,患者对治疗均满意,无术后并发症。结论熟悉四手操作护理配合及掌握BeeFill TM2in 1热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填技术,有利治疗顺利完成。

Nursing care during root canal therapy with BeeFillTM 2 in 1 filling technique

Objective To discuss the nursing care of patients during root canal therapy with BeeFillTM 2 in 1 filling technique.MethodsA total of 100 cases with acute or chronic dental diseases were treated with root canal therapy with BeeFillTM 2 in 1 vertical pressurizedfilling technique.Before the procedure,nurses made patients be ready for the therapy and prepared all things needed;during the procedure,nurses assisted in root canal preparation and filling;after the therapy,they cleaned and disinfected the equipment,and gave health education to the paitents. ResultsAmong 100 cases,98 completed therapy successfully at the first filling;2 cases showed inadequate filling and small air bubbles,then received a second filling.Patients were satisfied with the therapy,and no case developed complication after the therapy. ConclusionNurses should be proficient in the four-handed operation and in the BeeFillTM 2 in 1 filling technique,which improves the quality of root canal therapy and smoothes the therapy.
