摘    要:
目的了解医师工作倦怠现状,为调动医务人员积极性提供理论依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,用马斯勒倦怠问卷对447名医师进行调查。结果95.1%的医师出现中度以上的倦怠感,已婚医师在情绪衰竭方面高于未婚医师,随着年龄的增长个人成就感越高,而情绪耗竭、消极工作和低个人成就感症状由高工作要求和内、外部资源的缺乏导致。结论提高组织内部的工作资源、改善医患关系、优化执业环境可以有效缓解和预防医师出现倦怠。

Abstract:
Objectives This paper aims to know about the current situation of job burnout of doctors in order to provide theoretical basis for motivating enthusiasm of medical staffs.Methods Through multi-stage stratified sampling method,it investigated on 447 doctors by Maslash Burnout Inventory.Results It shows that 95.1% doctors appear over moderate sense of burn-out;the emotional exhaustion of married doctors is higher than un-married ones;the individual sense of achievement is much higher with the increase of age;while emotional exhaustion,negative work and low individual sense of achievement cause by high work requirement and lack of internal and external resource.Conclusions It can effectively relieve and prevent burn-out by improvement of job resource in internal organization and doctor-patient relationship and optimization of licensed environment.
