中外社区心理卫生服务能力比较

社区心理卫生服务的能力决定了社区居民的心理健康水平的提高程度,我国目前几乎没有独立的服务场所、服务内容简单、人员少、专业能力不足、缺乏人力规划。国外的社区心理卫生服务参与的组织多,提供的内容丰富,人员有严格的培训。扩大心理卫生服务内容、制定社区心理卫生人力发展规划、建立连续性服务机制和整合社会资源参与社区心理卫生服务是亟待解决的问题。

The Comparison of the Ability of Domestic and Foreign Community Mental Health Service

Community mental health services determine the degree of improvement of mental health of community residents.However,there are few independent service providers in China yet the services providing are simple with few professional workers and there is a lack of human resource management.In foreign countries there are more organizations engaged in community mental health service with more available services and trained workers.To broaden the service content,enhance human resources development,establish a continuous mechanism and integrate social resources into community mental health services are problems need to solve urgently.
