| 摘 要： | 在显微镜下观测参附注射液对肾上腺素所致大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的改善作用，结果给予肾上腺素后，使大鼠肠系膜毛细血管开放数减少、微动脉管径缩小、血流速度减慢。给予参附注射液的大鼠其肠系膜微循环的上述指标呈反向变化。对肾上腺素所致肠系膜微循环障碍大鼠给予参附注射液，则使该微循环障碍得到有效改善，表明参附注射液有显著改善微循环的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate Shengfu injection effecting on the mesenteric microcirculation in rat's under microcirculation disturbance caused by locally giving epinephrine. Results: After giving Shengfu injection, the microcirculation disturbance was improved, which presented by increasing mesentery arterial diameter, blood velocity and density of capillary. The effect of Shengfu on the microcirculation showed dose response. |
