精神发育迟滞患者犯罪行为的相关因素分析

目的：研究精神发育迟滞患者犯罪行为的主要相关因素。方法：对１７５例精神发育迟滞患者分为犯罪组和对照组，进行比较分析。结果：犯罪组较对照组在家庭监护能力，是否自感受歧视，临床表现，辨认能力，是否伴 有精神病性症状及既往有无违法史等因素两组均有显著差异。结论：精神发育迟滞患者的犯罪行为与若干因素有关，可依此提出犯罪行为的预防措施。

Criminal behaviour in the mentally retarded

Objective:To study the risk factors of criminal behaviour in mentally retarded subjects. Method:175 patients with mental retardation were compared with respect to the presence or absence of criminal behaviour. Results:Criminal behaviour was associated with the efficiency of supervision by family,feeling of being discriminated,clinical performance,ability of rccognition,presence of psychotic symptoms and past history of criminal offence. Conclusion:The risk factors associated with criminality in the mentally retarded could be valuable in construction strategy to prevent such behaviour.
