| 摘 要： | 复杂性膀胱阴道瘘治疗困难,患者心理负担重,护理难度大。2000年1月至2008年6月本院收治12例复杂性膀胱阴道瘘患者,采用球状海绵体肌瓣修补术治疗和综合护理措施,12例患者手术顺利,效果满意,无并发症,取得了较好的疗效。加强术前心理疏导,做好各项术前准备,术中保护好肌瓣血运,术后妥善处理好各种引流管,对保证手术的成功至关重要。 |

| Abstract: | The treatment and nursing of complex vesicovagina fistulas remained challenging.It brought overweight psychological burden to the patients.Twelve patients of complex vesicovaginal fistulas were treated in our hospital from Jan.2000 to Jun.2008 with bulbocavernosus flap repairing and comprehensive nursing.All the operations were successfully performed without complications.It played an vital role in a successful operation to strengthen the pre-operative psychological education,pre-operative preparation,prote... |
