房山区家蝇抗药性检测结果

目的为了解掌握房山区家蝇对常见杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法玻瓶药膜法。结果2007年房山区家蝇对0.05%残杀威、0.05%高效氯氰菊酯的LD50为3.39、0.09,抗性系数为1784.21,186.54。结论家蝇对0.05%残杀威的抗性高于0.05%高效氯氰菊酯。应根据抗药性检测结果,科学合理使用杀虫剂,提倡综合防制。
