房山区家蝇抗药性检测结果

摘    要:目的为了解掌握房山区家蝇对常见杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法玻瓶药膜法。结果2007年房山区家蝇对0.05%残杀威、0.05%高效氯氰菊酯的LD50为3.39、0.09,抗性系数为1784.21,186.54。结论家蝇对0.05%残杀威的抗性高于0.05%高效氯氰菊酯。应根据抗药性检测结果,科学合理使用杀虫剂,提倡综合防制。

Abstract:Objective To learn resistance of Musca domestica to insecticides in FangShan and to provide the basis information for using insecticides reasonably.MethodsPellicles lain in the glass bottles.ResultsIn 2007,FangShan Musca domestica LD50 is that 3.39 to 0.05% propoxur,and 0.09 to 0.05% Beta-cypermethin.Musca domestica resistance to action of drug is 1784.21 and 186.54 times as much as that of the sensible products.ConclusionComparability of resistance to action of drug:0.05% proposur >0.05%Beta-cypermethin.It is essential that we need to use insecticides reasonably based on the results of resistance test and call for integrated pest management.
