护理干预对高危妊娠产妇身心状态的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对高危妊娠产妇身心状态的影响。方法：将140例高危妊娠产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各70例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组给予持续性的护理干预措施，包括心理干预、乳房护理与行为干预等，干预周期为1个月。结果：焦虑评分干预后2组均明显降低（P＜0.05），组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。2组干预后心率与收缩压值对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后治疗组的母乳喂养率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：护理干预应用于高危妊娠产后产妇可缓解焦虑情绪，改善心理应激作用，从而有效指导喂养新生儿，改善预后。

Study on the Influence of Nursing Intervention on Psychosomatic State of High-risk Pregnant Woman

Objective： To observe the influence of nursing intervention on psychosomatic state of high-risk pregnant woman. Methods： Altogether 140 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the control group accepted routine care and the observation group continuous nursing intervention measures, including psychological intervention, breast care and behavior intervention, the intervention cycle was one month. Results：Anxiety scores of both groups after intervention were reduced obviously （P〈0.05）, the difference was sig-nificant between both groups （P〈0.05）. The differences between both groups demonstrated statistical meaning in heart rate and systolic pressure after the intervention （P〈0.05）. Breast-feeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention given to high-risk pregnant woman after the delivery could alleviate the anxiety and improve mental stress, therefore to effectively guide the feeding of neonate and improve the prognosis.
