柔肝化纤颗粒治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进症的临床观察

目的：观察柔肝化纤颗粒治疗肝硬化失代偿期合并脾功能亢进的疗效。方法：将肝硬化失代偿期合并脾功能亢进患者80例随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用柔肝化纤颗粒治疗,8周后观察疗效。结果：治疗组患者白细胞计数为（5.71±1.37）×109、血红蛋白为（120.26±27.32）g/L、血小板计数为（89.86±8.26）×109,脾长径为（11.17±2.33）cm,均较对照组改善明显（P〈0.05）。结论：柔肝化纤颗粒对肝硬化失代偿期患者脾功能亢进有一定疗效。

Clinical Observation on RouGan HuaXian Granules in Treating Liver Cirrhosis at Decompensated Stage Complicated with Hypersplenism

Objective： To observe curative effects of RouGan HuaXian granules in treating hypersplenism complicated with liver cirrhosis at decompensated stage. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received routine treatment of western medicine, the treatment group RouGan HuaXian granules on the basic of the treatment given to the control group, clinical effects were observed in eight weeks. Results： The improvements of the treatment group were more notable than these of the control group （P 〈0.05）, and the changes of the treatment group were white blood cells count： （5.71±1.37）×10^9, hemoglobin： （120.26±27.32）g/L, platelet count： （89.86±8.26）×10^9, splenic slenderness： （11.17±2.33）cm. Conclusion： RouGan HuaXian granules are effective in treating hypersplenism complicated with liver cirrhosis at decompensated stage definitely.
