儿童胃镜检查护理体会

目的：探讨儿童胃镜检查的护理要点。方法：对200例儿童胃镜检查前后护理工作（术前对儿童患者的心理辅导,术中帮助患者配合检查摆好体位,固定好口垫,做好胃镜及活检钳等附件的清洗消毒灭菌工作,教患儿及家长卫生护理知识等）的回顾性分析,整理出儿童胃镜检查的护理要点。结果：200例儿童胃镜检查中,3例患儿因术前哭闹经全麻后行无痛胃镜检查,1例出现口唇紫绀,吸氧后好转。其余196例皆顺利完成检查,且无并发症及院内感染发生。结论：良好完善的护理方案对儿童能够顺利完成胃镜检查十分重要。

Nursing Experience for the Children Undergoing Gastroscopy

Objective： To explore the nursing points of the children who underwent gastroscopy. Methods： The care （psychological counseling given to the children before the examination, body position preparation of the patients during the surgery, fixing oral pad, sterilizing the gastroscope, biopsy forceps and the accessories, teaching the children and their parents the nursing knowledge） for 200 cases of children who were undergoing gastroscopy was retrospectively analyzed to sort out the nursing points. Results： Among 200 cases, three cases were performed with painless gastroscopy under general anesthesia because of their incooperation, and one case had lip cyanosis, the patient was improved after oxygen uptake, other 196 cases were examined smoothly without any complication and nosocomial infection. Conclusion： Perfect care plan guarantees that the children could finish the gastroscopy smoothly.
