| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定疏肝和胃颗粒中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯含量的方法。方法：采用C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水（65∶35）;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长225 nm。结果：木香烃内酯的线性范围为0.0738~0.492μg,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=0.88%;去氢木香内酯线性范围为0.0786~0.524μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.58%,RSD=0.48%。结论：6批样品测定结果表明,该方法简便,准确,可作为疏肝和胃颗粒质量控制的定量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the method for determining the contents of costunolide and dehydrocostus- lactone contained in ShuGon HeWei granules by HPLC. Methods： Chromatographic column： CIS column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase： methanol-water （65：35）; flow rate： 1.0mL/min; detection wavelength：225 nm. Re
suits： Costunolide showed good linear relationship in the range between 0.073 8 and 0.492μg, r=0.999 7, average recovery rate was 99.75%, RSD=0.88%; dehydrocostuslactone demonstrated good linear relationship in the range between 0.078 6 and 0.524μg, r=0.999 8, average recovery rate was 99.58%, RSD=0.48%. Conclusion： The results of the tests for six batches of samples show that the method, simple and accurate, could be used for quality control of ShuGan He Wei granules. |
