| 摘 要： | 肠紧密连接相关蛋白表达的改变影响着肠黏膜的屏障功能,是参与炎症性肠病发病的重要因素.有研究借助不同的技术检测出炎症性肠病中肠紧密连接蛋白的表达水平,但导致其改变的机制尚不完全清楚.探讨肠紧密连接蛋白改变的相关可能性机制有利于了解炎症性肠病的发病机制.改善肠紧密连接蛋白的表达成为治疗炎症性肠病的策略之一,其中一些药物已被证实有良好治疗效果.

| Abstract: | The changes in tight junction proteins expression have effects on the function of the intestinal barrier.It is an important factor involved in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.The levels of expression of tight junction proteins have been detected by different techniques in inflammatory bowel disease.The mechanism which leads to changes of tight junction proteins is still unknown completely.It is helpful to understand the pathogenesis of inflammatory of bowel disease by discussing the mechanism of changes in tight junction proteins.Improving expression of tight junction proteins is one of our strategies to treat inflammatory bowel disease,and some drugs have been identified. |
