延续护理促进鼻内镜下鼻窦术后患者远期康复的效果

目的探讨对鼻内镜下鼻窦术后出院的患者实施规范化延续护理的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2009年1月至2011年12月在河南焦作煤业集团中央医院耳鼻咽喉科行鼻内镜下鼻窦术的鼻息肉、鼻窦炎患者478例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组239例。观察组患者出院后给予系统规范的延续护理,对照组患者给予常规的出院指导,两组患者均随访半年,比较两组患者出院后的遵医行为及疗效。结果两组患者在坚持鼻窦冲洗、服用类固醇类药物、按时复查清除鼻腔囊泡方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者术后疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻内镜术后出院的患者继续实施延续护理,能提高患者的遵医率及治疗效果。

Effects of Extended Nursing on Later Period Convalesce after Endoscopic Nasal Sinus Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of the standard extended nursing in the patients after endoscopic nasal sinus surgery. Methods From January 2009 to December 2011,478 patients with sinusitis or nasal polyp undergoing endoscopic nasal sinus surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into experi- mental group and control group, with 239 patients in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given the standard extended nursing after discharge, while the patients in the control group were only given the routine instruction. The two groups were followed up for 6 months. The compliance behaviors and efficacy were compared in patients after discharge between the two groups. Results There were statistical differences between the two groups on the compliance behaviors, such as continue rinsing sinus, continue taking corticosteroids, and eliminating nose vesicle timely（P〈0.01）.The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The extended nursing to the patients with endoscopic nasal sinus operation may improve the compliance rate and treatment effect.
