剖宫产率及剖宫产指征分析

目的探讨剖宫产率、刮宫产指征变化。方法回顾性分析2002年1月～2011年12月以来在横县妇幼保健院行剖宫产病例的档案资料。结果10年来我院产科剖宫产6137例，分娩总数31071例，剖宫产率为19．75％；高于WHO提出的不大于15％的目标。前6位指征排序依次为头位难产、胎儿窘迫、臀位及横位、疤痕子宫、妊娠合并症及并发症、社会因素。结论降低刮宫产率的关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征，尽量减少人为因素的剖宫产。

Cesarean section rate and cesarean section indications analysis

Objective To discuss cesarean section rate, cesarean section indications change. Methods Reviewed and analyzed from January 2002 to December 2011 in HengXian maternal and child care service centre line cesarean sec- tion medical records file material. Results For 10 years,there had been 6 137 cases of obstetric cesarean section,out of the total 31 071 cases,the rate of cesarean section was 19.75% ;higher than the goal which WHO put forward-no more than 15%. The first six are ranked as following：the head dystocia,fetal distress,breech and cross bits, scar uterus ,pregnancy complications and complications, and social factors. Conclusion Reducing cesarean section rate is the key to strictly grasp cesarean section indications, try our best to reduce artificial factors of cesarean section.
