| 摘 要： | 回顾了中医气化学说的发展过程，分析了气化作用所产生的生理、病理变化，研究讨论了阳化太过、阳化不及、阴化太过、阴化不及4种气化作用异常的表现形式与机体代谢之间的联系，指出目前对二者的研究主要表现在高脂血症、甲状腺功能亢进症、糖尿病、干眼病等疾病的病因病机研究中，认为中医气化作用与代谢关系在临床运用方面具有重要指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development of qi transformation theory in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and analyzes the physiological and pathological changes caused by qi transformation. The relationship between manifestations of four abnormal types of qi transformation （ excessive yang forming, insufficient yang forming, excessive yin forming, and insufficient yin forming） and body metabolism is discussed. It is pointed out that the study of their relationship is embodied in research on the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, xerophthalmia, etc. We suggest that the relationship between qi transformation in TCM and metabolism is of great clinical significance. |
