慢性牙周炎患者血浆钙结合蛋白水平的研究

目的：比较慢性牙周炎患者与牙周健康者血浆钙结合蛋白水平的差异。方法：57例慢性牙周炎患者和48例牙周健康者，空腹抽取静脉血。采用酶联免疫吸附方法测定血浆中钙结合蛋白水平，比较两组的差异，并分析血浆钙结合蛋白与体重指数、各项牙周临床参数之间的相关关系。结果：慢性牙周炎患者血浆钙结合蛋白水平为（1．85±0．81） mg／L，高于健康对照组的（1．57±0．77）mg／L，但无显著性P＝0．076。慢性牙周炎患者血浆钙结合蛋白与体重指数，出血指数，探诊深度和附着丧失未见明显的正相关关系（相关系数 r及P值分别为0．145，0．178，0．260，0．242和0．282，0．185，0．051，0．069）。结论：未发现慢性牙周炎对血浆钙结合蛋白水平的影响。

Level of calprotectin in plasma of patients with chronic periodontitis

Objective：To study the levels of plasma calprotectin in Chronic periodontitis（CP） patients and the peri-odontally healthy controls. Method：Venous blood samples were collected from 57 CP patients and 48 periodontally healthy controls. Body mass index and clinical examination consisted of bleeding index（BI）,probing depth（PD）and attachment loss （AL） were measured. Plasma level of calprotectin was determined using ELISA assay. Result：The plasma concentration of calprotectin in CP patients was higher than that in healthy controls （1.85 mg/L vs.1.57 mg/L）, but the difference wasn＇t significant （P =0.076）. The plasma concentration of calprotectin in CP patients was not positively correlated with BMI ,BI, PD and AL （r=0.145,P=0.282,r=0.178,P=0.185,r=0.260,P=0.051,r=0.242,P=0.069）. Conclusion：CP may not have im-pact on the elevation of plasma level of calproetctin.
